Refund & Returns Policy – Pallet Deals Warehouse Store

At Pallet Deals Warehouse Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

❌ Intimate or sanitary products
❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
❌ Gift cards
❌ Downloadable software

To process your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, including:
📖 Books with visible signs of use
💿 Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
📦 Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
📅 Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at contact@palletdealswarehouse.store and ship your item to: {physical address}.
Gift Returns
🎁 If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you.
🎁 If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, send it back to our ware house.
📦 Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.
⏳ Shipping Time: Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary.
🚛 High-Value Returns: If returning an expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
